1. I would like to return an unsatisfactory item! What do I need to do?

4. What are the delivery charges?
You will find all the prices under the menu item “TERMS OF DELIVERY”. When you are at the checkout stage, the delivery costs will be automatically calculated and displayed, depending on the weight of your order and the destination country.


5. Where do you deliver to?
We will either deliver to you or to a different delivery address. When you are at the checkout stage and are asked to enter your address, you can tick a separate box to enable you to enter a different delivery address. We ship worldwide, you will be able to obtain further details under the menu item “TERMS OF DELIVERY”.

6. When do you deliver?
As quickly as we can. The availability status of each item will be indicated next to the item. If an item is in the warehouse we will deliver within 2 to 3 working days within Germany. As a rule, it takes one day longer to deliver to Austria and Switzerland; for the rest of the world we are unfortunately unable to give a standard delivery lead-time. If the Item is not on stock it might take a little longer but you will be informed if that is the case.

We can also provide you with a tracking code, so that you can easily find out where your package is at any given point. Otherwise you can send us an email with your query to


8. How does the cart work?
If you want to purchase an item, click on the button “add to cart” next to the item’s price. The product will be automatically added to your cart.

9. How can I change the quantity of a product?
If your product is in your cart, you can either enter the desired quantity thereby making the change, or you can use the arrow button to increase or decrease the quantity. The total cart value will then be automatically updated.

10. Can I also change the size?
You can no longer do this once the item is already in your cart. You would need to delete the item and then go back and add the item again in the right size.

11. Can I buy something else once I am at the checkout?
If you are already at the checkout stage and still wish to add something, that’s not a problem: Just click on the category you want to buy another item from and add it to your cart. All of the items you have already added to your cart will remain there.

12. Can I delete an item from my cart?
Of course! You can either change the quantity of the product you were buying to “0”; the item will then be immediately removed from your cart. If you are already at the checkout stage, then just click on the “delete” button next to the product in the cart.

13. Which is the right size?
As we use textiles from different manufacturers, it is possible that there may be small variations in sizes. In general, however, our items are cut in the normal way you would expect. This means: XS= extra small, S=small, M=medium, L=large, XL=extra large, XXL=extra extra large.

14. How can I redeem a voucher code?
In order to redeem a voucher code, go to the cart and proceed to the checkout stage. A separate field will then appear in the cart marked as “REDEEM VOUCHER”. You should enter your voucher code here and press confirm. The value of the voucher code will then be deducted from the total purchase value. If the voucher value is higher than that of your purchase, we regret we are unable to refund you the difference. Vouchers can never be exchanged for their cash value.

15. Are my details safe?
Any information you provide to us when placing your order is protected in accordance with our data privacy statement.
